Muffins with carrots and nuts
Rolls of dough for carrot juice without eggs and butter stuffed with carrots and walnuts. These rolls are suitable for the post.

Ingredients

  • Carrot juice

    100 ml

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Walnuts

    100 g

Add yeast, sugar,1 tbsp flour, mix well and put in a warm place for 15 minutes
