Cooking
Carrot juice mixed with water.
Add yeast, sugar,1 tbsp flour, mix well and put in a warm place for 15 minutes
Then add the vegetable oil, flour and knead the dough.
The dough put in a deep Cup, cover and stand in a warm for 1 hour.
While the dough rises, prepare the filling. To do this, boil the carrots and grate on a medium grater.
Walnuts chopped. Nuts and carrot combine in a Cup, add sugar and mix well.
For an hour the dough should increase in 2-2,5 times.
Divide the dough into several pieces. The size of piece will depend on the size of the rolls. I divided the dough into six equal parts.
The next piece of dough roll out into a thin layer.
The entire length of the seam to spread carrot - walnut stuffing.
Connect the edges and take.
To form the billet rolls, as shown in the photo.
Billet rolls of grease with vegetable oil and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
