Casserole with eggplant.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Minced meat

    0.5 kg

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Spices

  • Greens

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

Cooking

Beef fry with chopped onion until cooked. Pepper and salt.

Fry separately the eggplants, cut into rounds

All the ingredients are put layers on a baking sheet: 1 layer - meat,

2 layer the eggplant and passed through chesnokodavku garlic,

3 layer tomatoes,

4 layer - potatoes, lightly salt and put in a few places small pieces of butter.

Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees, for half an hour. For 10 minutes until tender, pour beaten eggs with milk and sprinkle with grated cheese.
