Meat with mushrooms in a cream sauce
This recipe is one of my favorites. Very tasty dish, easy to prepare. Meat, and even with forest mushrooms. I recommend to all!!!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

Cooking

Fry the meat in a skillet until Golden brown

Grind the onion, fry in skillet where meat was browned. Grind the mushrooms, add to the onions, fry until evaporation of the liquid.

Meanwhile, the cooled meat is cut into small pieces

On the bottom of the form, pour a little sunflower oil and put potatoes.

Put on top of the meat, and the meat put the mushrooms with onions.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. To do this, melt the butter

Add flour and fry until Golden brown

Gradually add the cream stirring quickly to avoid lumps, sprinkle with salt and pepper

Pour the sauce to the mushrooms and meat and put into the oven for 20 minutes.

Take out from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in oven for 10 minutes.
