Spicy meatballs, stuffed mushrooms in chili sauce. Fans of "sharp little" dedicated! P. S. you Can cook these meatballs in the regular sauce.

Cooking
Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil, add Basil, season with salt to taste. It \'stuffing\' for our meatballs.
Now prepare the stuffing: to a missed once through a meat grinder meat (I minced mixed pork and beef) add the rice, egg, one small chopped onion, soaked in milk a slice of white bread (without the crust), 1/4 tsp Basil, salt and pepper to taste. I prefer to do it yourself meatballs (beef) not sharp, acute, I have only the sauce. Carefully, \'about\' the beef!
Divide the stuffing into 8 equal parts. From each part to form a pellet in the middle where you put the roasted mushrooms.
Carefully wrap the mushrooms in the stuffing. To give the meatballs a ball shape.

Roll meatballs in flour and fry them in vegetable oil in a well heated pan on all sides until Golden Golden brown.
Prepare the sauce: Fry in vegetable oil finely chopped onion until Golden brown.
Add to the onions carrots, grated on a coarse grater, add salt and simmer with the lid on.
While our stew vegetables, diluted in 1.5 cups water 1 tbsp. chili sauce, 3 tbsp of Salsa (you can substitute ketchup or tomato paste) and 1 tbsp flour. Pour the mixture steamed vegetables, add spices (Basil, Khmeli-suneli, pepper, sweet peas, black pepper, marjoram, oregano) and cook the sauce for another 5 minutes (after boiling). If there are no spices, you can cook without them or add spices to your taste. If you do not like spicy, just don't add the chili sauce and black pepper.
Pour on the bottom of a deep frying pan a little of our sauce and spread on top of the meatballs.
Pour the meatballs, the remaining sauce and place in oven for 30-40 minutes. If meatballs are not completely covered with sauce, you need to periodically water the plants.
Serve the meatballs with any cereals, vegetables and greens! Bon appetit! :-)
