Cooking
Whisk the whites, gradually adding 100 g of sugar. Each portion is added when you dissolved the previous one! Continue whisking until then, until a very thick foam! If no ground almonds, grind in a coffee grinder ;-)
Proteins gently stir with a spatula with almonds, icing sugar and flour.
Preheat the oven to 150 gr. On the back of the baking paper to draw a Christmas motives.
Paper put on a baking sheet, gently spread 2 tsp on patterns and levelling. Bake for 15 minutes, leaving the oven door slightly ajar.
The remaining mass is put into a pastry bag and make the sides, squeezing her on the edge of the contour. Sent another 10-15 min in the oven.
Kiwi peel and finely chop.
I have, as it turned out, not left cu. currant, so I'm black :-)
At this time, the lemon juice together with the grape bring to a boil. Add 125 g of sugar and again bring to a boil, add the starch, diluted in a small quantity of cold boiled water. Jelly leave to cool. Kiwi and berries to mix with the still warm jelly. Naturally, currants gives your paint :-)
The oven warmed up to 200 gr. Bazisnye the workpiece to shift to the other sheet and fill them with the cooled jelly with the berries. If you still have a bit of protein mass, we can beautify our toys, and if not, they will be awesome ;-)
Here's how they look after 15 min. in the oven :-) Some of the side sprung a leak, well, nothing, so they had little more to do, or jelly abruptly :-)
