Cheese schnitzel
This recipe I brought from Estonia many years ago and it has firmly taken root in my kitchen. This is a real lifesaver when you need to quickly cook food, or to dispose of stale cheese. And today was the action on the cheese a nearby grocery store. Than not an occasion to please the family.


  • Dutch cheese

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Spices

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp


Grate cheese on a coarse grater
Add flour and spices. Stir so that the flour is evenly coated grated cheese
Garlic rubs and mix with egg
The cheese I put in the package, add the egg and garlic mixture and mix. In the fridge, such a billet can be stored for a few days
Osipyan piece, dip them and put the roast in the pan
Mild cheese schnitzel with a crispy crust is good with any side dish
