Very tender, juicy meatballs in a cheese-ham coat.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Chicken egg

  • Soft cheese

  • Mayonnaise

  • Ham

  • Bread crumbs

    5 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

I had mixed meat - poultry and pork. Grind onion, clove of garlic, add in mince, salt, pepper, add one egg, mix well.
