Baked herring
In Estonia, this dish is known as "Rokkivad räimed". The literal translation is "Herring rock", "Rock herring" or "herring Rakurowa" the Russian sound "sloppy"! Let ispolnenii in the Russian, Baltic herring is simply "Fun!"

Ingredients

  • Herring

    0.5 kg

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Pepper white

    1 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

Grease baking paper with olive maslom, vykladyvaem fish. Bellies up. Salt, pepper.
