Salad with mushrooms and Suluguni
Bought a case pack of chicken, I love it. And for dinner I had to whip up some salad, my husband was about to descend. Oh, and bungled... literally, from what was in the fridge. And we got nothing. Go!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Lettuce

    0.5 coup

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Suluguni cheese

    120 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sundried tomatoes

Cooking

Beat eggs one at a time and fry two eggs.

Lettuce (better to take salad crunchy varieties: cheese, frisee, iceberg) to break it into pieces. Put in a deep bowl.

Add the cucumber, cut into cubes.
