Casserole with cheese dumplings
My dish was an accident. Importantly, not confused, not upset and not to throw a seemingly defective product. A pack of ravioli out of the freezer, was utterly forgotten me, and after 3 hours turned into a soft dumpling bun! I had to invent a casserole from what it was. The gingerbread man was cooked and broken into pieces. Casserole would certainly look nicer from the whole dumplings. But, I think, not homemade (they are so delicious). Often, buy store, and they do! Here in handy.

Ingredients

  • Dumplings

    0.5 kg

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Tomato paste

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Spices

Cooking

Cook the dumplings. Cut onion finely, carrot RUB on a grater

Mix and fry in vegetable oil

Add the tomato paste, sour cream, mustard, salt, pepper and spices

Add the peas, mix and saute all for 5 minutes

Add dumplings or ravioli dissected bun

Mix

Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in oven for 40 minutes or until done cheese

Take out from the oven

Spread on a dish and surprise guests and yourself! Nice!
