Mexican Tacos
Well, I love everything spicy, especially Mexican food. So I thought, why don't I make your own Tacos?

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Pita

    5 piece

  • Spices

    3 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Beef fry. Add the chopped garlic and a little water, continue to simmer.

The tomatoes had onion, cut into slices, with chilli. You can take a normal, in its own juice, and add to fried onions and some chili.

While the mince is cooked, add the spices and 150 ml of water. Continue to simmer until all water is evaporated. Focus on the spices to your taste. If you love in sharper, you can add more pepper.

Tortillas fry on a dry pan. About 10 sec. on each side.

Remove and put on the dish. In the center put a bit of meat.

Top tomatoes with Chile and onions.

Fold in half and decorate to taste. Can greens and grated cheese.

PS: as a spice you can not take dry chillies, and fresh peppers, seeds only need to delete, otherwise it will taste bitter. Also, too lazy to bother, you can use a ready-made Mexican spice blend, add it at the stage of roasting meat.
