Quick chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    80 g

  • Starch

    40 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    200 g

In a deep bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Add the softened butter and RUB the mass into powder.

Pour cold milk and knead the dough. It should be soft and elastic and does not stick to hands.

Shape dough into balls about the size of a walnut. I turned 35 things.

Put the balls on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Press balls with a fork or grate of the grinder with large holes, like I did.

Put the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for approximately 12 minutes. Ready cookies to cool on the baking sheet. Cookies will be very delicate and soft, and may seem buggy. Don't worry, after cooling it will be as it should. In any case, don't bake for a long time, at least not more than 15 minutes. All depends on the function of your oven.
