My love for baking constantly motivates me to find new recipes and flavors. And today I'm presenting a recipe that I saw in the magazine "Love to cook". However, I've tweaked to your taste. The recipe is very simple, minimal ingredients. Simple, fast, delicious. Biscuits is incredibly airy, light, it melts in your mouth and immediately disappears behind the table with a Cup of tea or coffee...

Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Potato starch

    30 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

In a container for whipping spread softened butter and powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer. Then add the vanilla sugar, starch and sifted flour. All right, beat with a mixer at high speed until a homogeneous mass.

I would even say superior, because it has no extraneous chemicals type improvers, dyes, thickeners, preservatives and other rubbish. If the humidity is elevated, to store such cookies are better in a closed tin box. But I doubt very much that it will have a long shelf life.
