Greek salad with barley
Easy, delicious and spicy variant of the well-known salad. I recommend to prepare it in advance, the salad should infuse, so it is getting better. If you don't add the cheese, then you'll have a great Lenten dish. Recipe from "the your ordering" Yulia Vysotskaya.

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    3 Tbsp

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Black olives

    1 handful

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

Onion cut into thin half-rings, sprinkle with vinegar.

Cucumber peel, cut serdtsevinka with seeds, finely chopped. Tomatoes and pepper cut into slices, olives cut in half, cheese cut into cubes.

All the ingredients put in a salad bowl, add the pearl barley, sprinkle with oregano, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt and pepper and stir.

Serve the salad immediately, but it is better to give it a brew.
