Cooking
In a bowl add the sifted flour, salt and yeast and stir. Add water and quickly knead the dough.
We spread our dough in a clean bowl, lightly greased with vegetable oil, cover with cling film so that the film adheres to the surface of the dough, and leave on the table for at least 18 hours.
