Description

Puff pastry
The idea and the name is taken from a German cooking magazine. The stuffing altered to your taste. You can experiment with Your favorite filling. Very original looks and will decorate any table.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    450 g

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    100 g

  • Olives

    15 piece

  • Mushrooms

    10 piece

  • Chili

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Thaw the puff pastry. Chicken breast cut into small cubes, mushrooms - plates. Fry lightly the pieces of meat, add mushrooms.

Off the frying pan. Add pine nuts (pan should be almost dry!)

Canned tomatoes diced (liquid to a minimum!), chop the feta, chopped parsley. Add everything to the meat with mushrooms. Add the black olives. Pepper from the mill with a mixture of peppers and chilli.

Beat the egg with milk. Grease squares of puff pastry on the edge of the egg-milk mixture.

In the center put the stuffing. Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for about 20 minutes (until it will turn brown).
