Pie with black currant and lemon
Very beautiful, fragrant pie. Sour taste. Good idea the use of black currant when it is so many that don't know what to do with it ))) to Cook simple.

Ingredients

  • Black currants

    1 kg

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Lemon peel

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    4.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Milk

    1 cup

I did half a dose, it is a quite large cake. Preheat the oven to 160 gr. The form for baking cover baking paper. In a pan put the currants, lemon juice and oil. Heat on low heat until the butter melts.

Cool down a bit. With a wooden spoon, beat the eggs.

Add the sugar, zest, flour, baking powder and milk. Mix well.

Bake about 1 hour until dry matches.

The pie turns out very nice and juicy..
