Cooking
Cut small cubes of salted salmon (or trout, sockeye, chum).
Finely chop white part of green onions, add to salmon.
Season salmon liberally with black pepper, add Tabasco, lemon juice, soy sauce "Kikkoman" and add the mustard oil. Stir and leave for 30 minutes.
Bread croutons fry on a dry pan.
On each crouton with a piping bag make a rim of cream cheese.
In the center put spicy pickled salmon, garnish with cucumber slice and dill. These canapes look elegant on the table, their advantage is that they can be cooked from parts of fish that cannot be cut into thin slices.
