The seaweed salad with squid
Sea Kale is perfectly in post, the more useful it contained iodine. In addition, I suggest that squid, too, can have in the post (though only not all the days ( ()

Ingredients

  • Sea Kale

    200 g

  • Squid

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Squid boil: drop into boiling water and cook for 4 minutes (not more), quickly dipped in cold water. If You have unpeeled, then peel and remove the inside of the chord (thin flexible transparent spine)

Slice the squid into circles. Bulgarian pepper and cucumber cut into sticks.

Mix all the ingredients.

Fill with oil, add salt and freshly ground black pepper.
