Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sauerkraut

    300 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Walnuts

    10 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Black pepper

    2 pinch

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

Peel the carrot and grate on a grater for Korean carrot. Pour the carrots in hot water for 15 minutes. Drain in a colander.

Carrots salt and thoroughly mash by hand. To papercity and stir. Add to the carrots sauerkraut and chopped green onions. Mix well.

Onion cut into strips and fry in 2 spoons of sunflower oil "Oleyna". Leave to cool.
