This recipe found in the book of Slovak cuisine called "Halva". Really struck me as odd... paste, and no seed... And was pleasantly surprised! This delicious dessert turned out. Try it and you!

Cooking
To the milk add the carrots and sticks of cinnamon. Bring to boil and on low heat cook for 40-45 minutes. Milk must Vivarais. Periodically gently stir to mix not burnt. What a smell!!!
In a pan pour sunflower oil. Add the boiled carrots. Cinnamon throw. Fry for 5 minutes until the carrots are shiny.
In this recipe, use sugar Mistral
The hot carrots add sugar Mistral, raisins, all nuts. Stir and remove from heat.
That's the beauty turned out.
You can serve it hot or completely cooled. But always with sour cream! You can with white yoghurt. Help yourself! Who would have thought that carrot makes a delicious dessert!
