Cheese cake, which is quite simple and not very long. Turns out very tasty, a little sour. The lemon zest gives a special taste twist. Who like sweeter you can just add more sugar.

Cooking
Eggs, water, sugar and zest mix well, put in a water bath and whisk well.

Introduce the mixture into a well-worn curd and again mix well.
Beat cream until stiff peaks and add to the curd. Stir.
Take out our cake, let it cool and cut it in half.
Put one crust in the form, on top of the filling and second cake. Put into the fridge for about two hours.
Then remove it from the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Optionally, you can decorate any berries or on its own.
Cut into pieces and served to the table.
