Mini-muffins of Mandarin and chamomile
Mini - muffins or cupcakes from tangerine and healing chamomile. Unusual?

Ingredients

  • Milk

    185 ml

  • Flowers

    5 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    230 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • the tangerine peel

    3 tsp

  • Mandarin

    300 g

  • Semolina

    60 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    155 g

  • Powdered sugar

    155 g

  • Juice tangerine

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil the milk and add the dried chamomile flowers ( hop cones ). Set aside to infuse for 5-6 minutes.

In a blender to "grind" the peeled tangerines. Beat eggs with sugar, add softened butter, grated zest of Mandarin, "milled" tangerines, strained milk. Mix well with a mixer.

Mix the flour with the semolina and baking powder.

Combine all these mixtures in one, mix well.

Put in molds for mini-muffins. Bake in preheated oven at temp. 180° for 10-12 minutes. To check the readiness of the stick. Allow to cool.
