Cake with pears, chocolate and caramel
A simple, but delicious pie.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Water

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Chocolate milk

    30 g

  • Pear

    1 piece

Prepare the dough: chop cold butter with flour and sugar (with a knife or in a food processor) until crumbs. Then add the egg, water and quickly knead the dough.

The dough is distributed on the form (26 cm) and put into the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

Pear peel and cut into thin slices (I have two small ones). Get the form and place the pear on the dough. Bake in a heated to 200 degrees oven for 20 minutes.

While the pears bake, prepare the caramel: sugar, pour water and put on stove on high heat. Cook until sugar is dark.

Then pour in the cream (carefully, can be splatter), reduce fire and cook until the caramel is completely dissolved, stirring constantly.

Now add the chocolate (I put 50 grams) and stir until a homogeneous mass.

Then add the eggs and stir, not whisking, until the mixture becomes odnorodnoi. I would suggest instead of eggs add the yolks, because I have cooked squirrel,and I had to RUB through a sieve caramel filling.

Take out the form with the pears from the oven,

pour the caramel, reduce the temperature to 160 degree and bake for another 40 minutes, or until caramel thickens.

Give the cake a little stand at least 30 minutes,

and then cut it into pieces.

And can use in both warm and cold.
