Here is the recipe for this flavorful chicken, as an example of the use of sauces pesto in cooking our usual dishes to give them a new taste and aroma. Simple, fast and delicious!

Cooking
Grate the chicken with pesto (in this case - it's nutty, but you can use any pesto).
The steeped mushrooms and boil for 10-15 minutes.
Boil some rice (not digesting); added to boiled rice a spoon of pesto,...
... aromatic herbs, pepper and mushrooms; stir.
Turkey-baste the chicken with this mixture and fasten with a wooden skewer or close.
Put in a fireproof dish, add the wine, cover with foil and bake the oven about an hour at 180-200°C. For 15 minutes before baking, remove the foil that the chicken is well browned.
Chicken and side dish ready!
