Ingredients

  • Mackerel

  • Potatoes

    0.5 kg

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Cheese

  • Dill

Mackerel defrosted, gutted, cut into serving pieces thinly, season with salt and pepper. In a deep pan (I used a fireproof pot for the microwave), pour a little sunflower oil, put the fish, pour the chopped onions

On top lay the sliced zucchini, season with salt

On zucchini - sliced young potatoes, salt

On top lay the tomatoes, cut into strips. Pour a little water, put in the oven 180*C. not Pre-warmed.

Through approximately an hour to spread on top of tomato with sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and 10 minutes back in the oven to melt the cheese. And the fish is ready! Sprinkle the top with dill.
