Appetizer
Server des canuts or as they call this dish differently, "the brains of a weaver" is a very tasty and simple to prepare appetizer. Larisa (Aloris) published a similar recipe, but mine is a little simpler and there is a small addition in the form of crunchy flavorful croutons, how to cook this wonderful dish, I will tell you the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bread

    2 slice

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

To prepare this snack you need quality cheese that is thick and not wet. Mix cottage cheese with cream and beat.

Garlic RUB on a small grater and add to the cream cheese. Mix well.

Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Add the chopped greens (I have parsley). If desired, add shallots.

Bread cut into triangles.

Mix the olive oil, herbes de Provence, grated garlic clove and salt. Stir and pour into the pan. Spread in a pan and fry croutons until Golden brown. Put the croutons on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Toast is crispy.

Now serve the dish. In the center of the plate lay out the cheese mass.
