Tartines with shrimp
This delicious tartine recipe from the culinary bestseller Mireille Guiliano "French women don't get fat" (French Women don't get fat). Actually, that says it all.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Shrimp

    8 piece

  • Baguette

    4 slice

  • Butter

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Wash the Apple and remove the core, cut into small pieces. In a pan melt the butter and sauté 5 minutes it Apple watering it with lemon juice. Add half the zest and freshly ground black pepper. The apples to cool to room temperature.

In a pan pour olive oil and sauté the shrimp, add remaining zest, salt and pepper to taste. Remove and allow to cool to room temperature.
