Cooking
First you need to fry the mushrooms (I had mushrooms frozen), but you can replace them with pickled or salted, as you like (the flavor will be spicier).
Refills cucumber peel and grate into a fine grater. It is better to choose young, strong cucumbers that the filling is not too liquid. Grated cucumber a good squeeze!
Mix pressed cucumber, grated or pressed garlic, and fat sour cream (30%). Season with salt and pepper. The dressing should not be very sharp.
