Fruit chocolate pistachio muffins
Air cupcake with chocolate chips, candied fruits and pistachio, with vanilla and cream liqueur!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Powdered sugar

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Cranberry

    30 g

  • Pistachios

    15 g

  • Melon

    20 g

  • Liqueur

    3 Tbsp

Mix flour with yeast; blend butter with sugar and yolks; beat the whites with the salt in the foam.

Mix the flour with the oil mixture.

Add the liqueur.

Add chocolate chips, dried fruits, candied fruits and pistachios; mix well.

Add the whites and stir again.

Put the dough into the baking pan of cupcakes, brush with butter and bake in the preheated oven in the bottom, at 180°C for 40 minutes.

The finished cake remove from the oven, allow to cool and then remove from the molds. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
