Cooking
Sugar mixed with cinnamon.
Carrots grate on a fine grater.
Butter is good to mix with sugar and cinnamon. Add the egg and tablespoon of lemon juice and grind again.
Add the carrots. Then, sift the flour with the baking powder and gradually add, knead soft dough. Add nuts. And again knead well.
The finished dough put into the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Remove dough from the refrigerator. Roll his balls of equal size and roll in powdered sugar.
On a baking tray lined with baking paper, then transfer the cookies and slightly press it with your fingers.
Bake the cookies at 180 degrees, 10-12 minutes.
