Carrot-walnut cookies
I want to share with You a great recipe, incredibly tasty and flavorful carrot pastry, but also in some way useful! Carrots get sweet and juicy, and the pecans can be replaced by any other.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Flour

    220 g

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Carrots grate on a fine grater.

Butter is good to mix with sugar and cinnamon. Add the egg and tablespoon of lemon juice and grind again.

Add the carrots. Then, sift the flour with the baking powder and gradually add, knead soft dough. Add nuts. And again knead well.

The finished dough put into the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Remove dough from the refrigerator. Roll his balls of equal size and roll in powdered sugar.
