Ingredients

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Cookies

    50 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    50 ml

  • Mint

    1 coup

  • Agar-agar

    7 g

Cookie mix in almonds and grind in a blender. The almonds get roasted.

The form put in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Remove, cover with foil, so it will be easier to remove the cheesecake

Chocolate melt with cream (3 tablespoons) in a water bath or in the microwave.

Connect cookies with almonds and chocolate. Mix.

Spoon the batter into the form and tamp. Send in the refrigerator.

For the filling curd grind through a sieve, add the juice and zest of one lemon.

Mint leaves whisk with sugar in a blender and add to the cream cheese. Mix. Enter the cream and stir again.
