Cooking
Cookie mix in almonds and grind in a blender. The almonds get roasted.
The form put in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Remove, cover with foil, so it will be easier to remove the cheesecake
Chocolate melt with cream (3 tablespoons) in a water bath or in the microwave.
Connect cookies with almonds and chocolate. Mix.
Spoon the batter into the form and tamp. Send in the refrigerator.
For the filling curd grind through a sieve, add the juice and zest of one lemon.
Mint leaves whisk with sugar in a blender and add to the cream cheese. Mix. Enter the cream and stir again.
Agar-agar dissolve in a little water.
Milk bring to the boil, add the dissolved agar-agar and bring to boil again.
Pour the hot mixture into the filling and whisk blender.
Put the filling on base, smooth and refrigerate to harden.
