Sesame candy
Continue to translate and try recipes with Chinese food site. Today I prepared one of my favorite Chinese sweets.

Ingredients

  • Sesame

    300 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

Black and white sesame seeds fry in a dry pan for 5-7 minutes on low heat

On a dry pan, pour the sugar

While stirring, heat the sugar over low heat until dissolved

Pour into the pan the sesame seeds and mix thoroughly

Spread on a sheet of parchment

Top cover with the second sheet and roll with a rolling pin

While the caramel is still warm, not hardened, cut into

Cool and you can eat
