We love cauliflower in egg batter. But during lent eggs should not be consumed and therefore it is necessary to make vegetable tempura. Adding lemon juice to the batter with the cabbage acquires acidity and a citrus aroma. Try it! Recipe for you and for the contest "Fast from Moulinex"

  • Salt

  • Lemon
