Fish with vegetables in a potato dish
Fish and side dish – all very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Green olives

    6 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    800 g

  • Fish fillets

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

Peel the potatoes, cook and mashed (drain all water) with butter, then add the flour and raw egg
