Buckwheat biscuits
Very tasty, fragrant biscuits from oat flakes with dried apricots, prunes and chocolate that is perfect for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Cereals buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Dried apricots

    50 g

  • Chocolate milk

    25 g

Cooking

Softened butter mixed with brown sugar.

Add the egg and sour cream.

Then add the oat flakes and the flour mixed with baking powder.

Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.

Dried apricots and prunes wash, fill with hot water, leave for 15-20 minutes, drain the water. Dried apricots, prunes and chocolate cut into small pieces.
