  • Olive oil

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Almonds

    2 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    200 g

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Basil

    2 g

  • Sundried tomatoes

    7 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

For the sauce: tomato, Parmesan cheese, Basil, sundried tomatoes, crush the garlic adding olive oil until a thick cream (used mainly for pasta, i.e., pasta).

To prepare fish fillet.

Put in a fireproof dish, on top of fillet - 1 tbsp sauce, sprinkle with almonds and bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated 220°C oven.
