Salad, trout with bacon and avocado
Saw this salad in the magazine "Dasha". He drew my attention to the unusual, in my opinion, a combination of bacon and trout. Decided to cook, especially not difficult. The salad was really tasty, and the combination is not even bad. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Trout

    150 g

  • Bacon

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Wash lettuce and dry.

While the salad dries, prepare the other ingredients. 1. Bacon cut into cubes and fry in a dry pan until slightly Golden. 2. Clean the avocado and cut into cubes. 3. Diced salted trout. 4. A hard-boiled egg, cut into 8 pieces.

Prepare the filling. To do this, chop the onion and dill. Add natural yogurt, mayonnaise (you can take "Provencal", but I like Olive), lemon juice, as needed and salt to taste (I add salt) and to taste ground black pepper. Mix well.

Take a flat dish and begin to lay out the salad. Salad leaves coarsely torn with your hands and place them on a dish. Sprinkle trout.

Trout put the avocado and then eggs.

Then lay out the bacon. And pour with the dressing. The salad is ready.

Optional and to your taste salad can be decorated. I took the easy option - parsley and cherry tomatoes.
