Warm salad with chicken liver and vegetables
Colorful and delicious salad ready in a few minutes. Wonderful as a light summer dinner.

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes

    150 g

  • Avocado

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken liver

    250 g

  • Pine nuts

    1 handful

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

The cherry tomatoes cut into halves, the avocado cubes.

Pine nuts fry on a dry pan. Lettuce wash, dry. Prepare the filling: mix 1 tbsp. of olive oil with 1 tbsp. of lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

Liver wash, dry, cut. Fry in 2 tbsp olive oil. The fire needs to be more middle and fry quickly, for 3 minutes, until the liver is soft and not overdry.

To collect salad: on a plate spread the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, liver, pour dressing, sprinkle with pine nuts, decorate with balsamic cream. Bon appetit!! Good weather!!
