Pumpkin pancakes
Useful, simple dish. Very true in the fall. Now pumpkins in bulk :)

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cumin

  • Flour

Cooking

The pumpkin is cleaned from the peel.

Cut into small cubes.

Puree them in a blender.

Put 2 eggs, the sour cream and stir.

Then grate cheese on a fine grater.

Add finely chopped and fried in vegetable oil onions and slaked vinegar or lemon juice soda.

Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle three pinches of cumin and put about 2/3 cups flour (dough should be slightly thicker than for pancakes). In a frying pan pour abundant vegetable oil and spoon to spread the dough. Fry on both sides. Serve with sour cream. I wish all nice to eat!
