Description
Phoned mother-in-law comes to visit for tea. Urgently needed something quick to make for tea. We went to cranberries, was cheese and some white chocolate. A soft, delicate texture of the dough, with sour cranberries, and in the middle the filling of cottage cheese and white chocolate. Turned out delicious, ate it all at once, not even had time to cool down.

Cooking
The egg is a little beat up with sugar. Add sour cream, butter, stir.
Add flour with baking powder, knead a homogeneous dough. Add berries, stir with a spoon.
For the filling white chocolate to melt and mix with warm cottage cheese, cool. I chocolate mangled, mixed with curd in a water bath quickly messed it up. Can in the microwave (I don't have it). Molds well lubricated with oil, put some play-dough, from the filling to form a small ball, put in the dough, on top of the filling to add even a teaspoon of the dough. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. In a preheated oven.
