Dessert
A light dessert that is very easy to cook! And products require a minimum amount, especially if you have a finished cake.

Ingredients

  • Biscuit

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    140 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

Wash apples, peel and remove the core.

Boil in acidulated water with sugar until tender ( but do not overcook, so they are not lost form!). For me, the process took about 7 minutes. Then cool and dry with a napkin.

Whisk the egg whites into a thick foam, adding sugar and lemon juice. Beaten egg whites should not fall in a rollover dishes. Put in a pastry bag with a nozzle.

Biscuit cut circles the diameter of your apples.

Put them on a baking sheet on top put the prepared Apple and of pastry bag with a nozzle will release the meringue in a spiral.

Bake at the highest temperature in the oven until slightly Golden.
