Cooking

step-0
To prepare products to have everything at hand.
step-1
Sift flour, mix with baking powder and soda.
step-2
Beat together the softened butter, cream cheese and yolk.
step-3
Continuing to whisk, gradually pour flour mixture into the oil.
step-4
As soon as the dough gathers into a ball around the hooks, add the remaining flour mixture on the table, put the dough and promisit hands.
step-5
Wrap the dough in cling film and put into the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
step-6
To prepare the products for the filling. Orange wash, dry and lightly roll with a hand on the table, the better to squeeze out the juice.
step-7
To erase the zest and squeeze the juice.
step-8
Figs cut into small pieces.
step-9
Well, now THE HARD part!!! Place the figs in a blender, add juice and zest, pour the honey (the first, not the whole, to leave a little), grind into a homogeneous mass. Make it pretty hard, I was worn out terribly. Had to turn on and off the blender a lot of times, he's pretty damn cool to not want, is heated...
step-10
In General, after about an hour of torment, the mass was ready, though not entirely homogeneous, tiny pieces of figs felt. Maybe I should skip the figs through a meat grinder. After that, if the mass is too thick, add remaining honey.
step-11
The dough, remove from refrigerator, divide into 2 parts, one to clean back.
step-12
Cut 2 pieces of parchment the size of 25х20 see the First part of the roll out between sheets of parchment paper into a thin rectangle.
step-13
Remove the top sheet of parchment, spread over the dough, half the filling, leaving one long edge about 1 cm of dough without filling.
step-14
Using the bottom sheet of paper to roll the dough into a roll,
step-15
Wrap it in parchment and put in the fridge for 3 hours. Also prepare the second roll.
step-16
Then remove the rolls (one by one), slightly flatten them and cut into pieces in the thickness 1 see to Lay the pieces flat on the baking tray lined paper, tips slightly sharpen and pull to enable cookies in appearance resembled leaves.
step-17
Bake at 180*C for 15-16 minutes.
step-18
Allow to cool on a wire rack.
