Bananas in Chinese
Fantastically delicious! Therefore, I offer you this recipe. I tried it at a Chinese restaurant, where we serve it as a dessert, and a recipe found on a German website. This dish is also popular in Thai restaurants. Simple, quick and incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour pancake

    100 g

  • Banana

    4 piece

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Water

    125 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sunflower oil

Prepare your ingredients

Make the batter: Stir egg, flour, soda, salt, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl of medium size. Then slowly add water, stirring well. Leave for about 10 minutes. Heat the pan with sunflower oil, cut the banana into slices of 3 cm and drop the bananas into the batter individually, each piece.

Then put on the hot pan and fry in oil until Golden brown. Take out and put on a napkin or something to have gone the excess oil.

Baked banana, sprinkle with powdered sugar or honey and serve immediately to the table. You can also serve with cinnamon, chocolate sauce or ice cream. Bon appetit!
