Nutty cookies with jam
Hi all! Today we have biscuits - with rich walnut-oil flavor and amazing apricot jam. Very tasty! Will certainly recommend them to try. I left them ecstatic! Recipe Irina Petrusha (with my slight modifications)

Ingredients

  • Butter

    170 g

  • Sugar

    0.333 cup

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    1 cup

  • Jam apricot

Cooking

In a Cup mix the egg yolks, soft butter, sugar, salt, vanillin

Add honey (liquid) and sour cream

Mix in the flour. Flour may need a little more

Knead plastic dough

Divide the dough into 24 bun

Egg whites (I had one) beat with a fork. Each bun to dip in it

Then roll in nuts (nuts are pre-grind)

Put biscuits on a baking sheet at a small distance from each other

Each bun to make a hole in the center (can be done with a finger or any object)

Bake the cookies you need in a hot oven at a temperature of 180*C (200*) 10 to 13 minutes
