Cooking
Cut tofu in cubes and fry in butter.
Add the diced sweet pepper (I had half red), chopped onions and lightly fry with tofu. In fact, the can be used any vegetables (tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini...) Slightly prisolit.
Beat eggs with milk, season with salt and pepper and pour tofu with vegetables. Brought to readiness like a regular omelet.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve. Bon appetit!
