Tartlets with shrimp and mushrooms in a original marinade hearty cold appetizer, perfect for holiday or buffet table.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Soy sauce

    25 ml

  • Water

    25 ml

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Sesame oil

    0.5 tsp

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    25 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

The amount of ingredients for 6 tartlets. RUB the softened butter, egg yolk, milk, sugar into a homogeneous mass. Add the flour, knead elastic dough. The dough put into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Roll the dough into a thin layer (0.5 cm), cut out circles, placed in molds for tartlets. The dough, press firmly so that it well covers the bottom and sides, trim edges. In the process of baking cakes kept their shape, fill the molds with the dough with beans or peas. Bake until Golden brown in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Ready to remove the tartlets from the molds, to free from beans (peas) and leave to cool.

For the marinade in a bowl, combine soy sauce, water, sesame oil, corn starch, brown sugar, grated ginger and olive oil.

Shrimp boil for 5 minutes after boiling water, remove from the shell. Mushrooms cut into small pieces. Mushrooms and peeled shrimps to pass to the marinade, stir and leave for 10 minutes.

Shrimp with mushrooms together with the marinade saute in the pan for 5 minutes. The marinade should thicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Fill the tartlets shrimp with mushrooms.

Tartlets decorate with slices of cucumber and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
