Cooking
Herring wash, dry, slightly discourage and grease with vegetable oil. I took the finished fillets in oil, so it's only slightly beat.
Onions cut into half rings.
On each fillet put the onions, roll tube and fasten with a skewer or toothpick.
Make a marinade. At the bottom of a small saucepan put the sauce D arbo "Cranberry."
Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat. Cool. The scent of magic!
In a deep (preferably glass) bowl, cover with marinade our rolls of herring.
Cover the pot with a lid and put in a cool place for a day. Rolls should be covered with the marinade, otherwise, they periodically have to flip from side to side.
Before serving to shift the rollmops on an oval dish, sprinkle with green onions or greens and garnish with cranberries and pour over the marinade.
