Description
Tasty, quite original jam from dried apricots and canned pineapple. Simple and fast. Love this jam especially for the fact that you can cook it in any season of the available products.

Cooking
Drain pineapple syrup into a separate bowl. Pineapples cut into small pieces.
Dried apricots cut into quarters.
Put the apricots in a saucepan, pour the pineapple syrup (about 200 ml) and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Cook for 15 minutes until the apricots are soft.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Soft dried apricots grind in a blender into a puree.
Add the dried apricots, pineapple, lemon juice and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally,for 35-40 minutes, until the jam thickens.
Pour into jam jars, close with lids. Store as any preserves. From this quantity of products obtained 600-620 ml of jam.
