Salad of quinoa with green peas and shrimp
Very tasty, and considering all of the benefits of quinoa, and even mega-healthy salad ready in 20 minutes and eaten like lightning! If you haven't discovered quinoa, this is the time to start. In the post it is especially recommended as it contains a lot of nutrients - carbohydrates, proteins, fats and dietary fiber and natural vitamins.

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Tomato

  • Parsley

    20 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Quinoa

    100 g

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Quinoa a good rinse, pour 200 g of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes. Cool.

Boil green beans for 3-5 minutes in boiling salted water.

Shrimp I have cooked and frozen, they only need to thaw. If you have raw, also boil for 3 minutes.

Finely chop the parsley.

For dressing mix 1, 5 tbsp lemon juice, 2-3 tbsp olive oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Mix all ingredients, pour dressing, mix well again. Ideally, you should leave the salad in the refrigerator for half an hour, but I will tell you immediately he is very, very tasty!
